Mike Lewis is a veteran of the mortgage and technology industries, and he feels incredibly blessed and excited to bring his experience and talents to LoanPASS as one of its original creators and the President of the company. Mike found his way into the mortgage industry out of necessity, starting in 1998 as a Management Trainee with Flagstar Bank. In this role, he gained hands-on experience in the entire wholesale mortgage origination process.
With this broad experience, he transitioned to IT to support the sales team in selling Flagstar products and training customers on their technology. Since that time, Mike's career has evolved to include working for over a dozen different organizations, including banks, mortgage lenders, technology consultancies, and software companies. He has held positions ranging from System Administration to Professional Services and various leadership and executive roles.
Mike has successfully configured, implemented, administered, integrated, trained, managed, and sponsored dozens of different technology systems. He has also worked with hundreds of different lenders across the United States, providing consulting services on small to large enterprise software projects throughout his extensive career.
Mike earned a BS degree in Health Promotion from Brigham Young University, along with his MBA in E-Business from the University of Phoenix. When he's away from work, he thoroughly enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing a wide range of interests.
